My opinion is that kids generally have good health.
So ‘healthy’ is not a selling point for them.
The issue that it seems most nutritionists and chefs seemed to have missed completely and so have failed in any mission for healthy food is that.
As soon as they can make healthy food more enjoyable and easy everybody will be eating it.
But they will be eating it because it is more enjoyable and easy not because it is healthy.
Also the ‘health’ benefit of foods is so poorly regulated and abused by the food industry that it has no credibility.
If you can make a cheaper and nicer meal than McDonalds you may send them broke if it is healthy this will just be a secondary issue.
However you are more likely to just make McDonalds lift their game.
