How do I tighten as I go?

My main issue with weight loss is how to deal with what's left!

How do we tighten and tone our bodies so they are not left sagging after weight loss? I don't want flappy arm or belly skin!

Re: How do I tighten as I go?

persistence with weight training, proper nutrition, toning, swimming, stretching, massage... all kinds of wonderful things...

in the long run though, better for your whole health to lose the weight that is dangerous than be upset at the skin left at the end. if you properly balance your fat burning exercise with toning & weight training, you will help things along.

however there are some factors which will impact & influence the amount of skin after weight loss: age, genes, length of time of weight problem. a 20yo who's been overweight for a couple of years will have a lot more skin elasticity and good stuff on their side than a 60yo person who's been overweight for 40 years.

so then if skin is a massive issue that nothing can do to eliminate it, you would want to consider either surgery to remove it, or possibly counselling or psychology to help you understand and accept it, if it was becoming quite a limiting and damaging thing within your life.

    hope that helps.

and thanks for bumping that qn up

    cheers!
