Some time ago i was contacted by NuYu total health weight loss retreat in regards
to doing a program with them and advertising for them after regaining back my life
and fitness...
Anyway due to the price etc totally out of my reach even with the reduction
they were going to give me for advertising etc i was unable to partake in their
program!
So it was a surprise when i received my latest email from them with Garry
standing between the two trainers Gavin and Shaun! He looks really good!
Im not sure if he is in the final going for the big prize but i can see he has really
trimmed down! Well done!
At this retreat they cater for small groups and you can either be there on a daily
basis or by the weeks or even months!
Maybe if i win lotto i will get a chance damn i dont put lotto in DOH!
