
Ok, here's the thing...I have all my weight pretty much around my stomach. I have lost about 12 lbs, but that's since Jan 7th. Can someone PLEASE help me with trying to tone the stomach and lose the fat. I talked to one trainer, and he was like, "it has to deal with your foods." I'm starting to not really believe him. I have been trying to watch my calorie intake, ranging them from 1200 to 1500 to 1600....just to give it a variety in my diet and that way my body doesn't know what I'm going to do. Are there exercises that I can do? I do aerobics and have been trying to keep my heart rate between the fat burning zone and the cardio zone (I don't get to high). I work out 5 days a week for 45 minutes (cardio only) and do weights 3 days a week for about 30 minutes or so. So.......now I need your help............PLEASE!
