LOOKING at him, it's hard to believe it's the same Andrew "Cosi" Costello who went into the Biggest Loser house more than four months ago.

To fully comprehend how much body fat the  140 kg radio personality has shed, you just have to look at his fiancee Sam Kennard, who is 24 weeks pregnant. "I've lost her entire body weight," Cosi explains.

    "I feel great."

Cosi was evicted from the White House the week before Easter and has been settling back into Adelaide life with Sam and son Harry, 8.

He can't reveal exactly how much weight he has lost to this point as all evicted housemates are still in the running to win $50,000 on the show's finale.

The 29-year-old found life tough on the set of the reality TV show. "It was horrible," he said.

"I've never been so sad and bored in my life. You can only train for so many hours a day.

"There's no radio, no TV, no newspapers or phones. I had moments where I thought, `is this worth it?' It made me appreciate what I've got at home."

Things back home were also tough for Sam, who had to wait two weeks before she could tell her fiance she was pregnant.

She said it was tough watching how some of the other contestants treated Cosi.

"We spoke on the phone once about it and I said, `stuff 'em babe. You show them'," Sam said.

And he did. He is proud he did well on the show.

And the former pig farmer is maintaining his healthy lifestyle – he has a new diet, trains every day and is keeping alcohol to a minimum. He did allow himself a few bevvies at the Crows match yesterday though.

One of the turning points before he entered the house was running into former neighbour Crows legend Mark Ricciuto when they were both carrying boxes of food.

"He had fruit and vegetables and I had take-away food and I said to Harry, `that's why he looks like he does and I look like I do'," Cosi said. "I was excited to get into the show but then again I wondered how I'd let myself get to the point where I qualified for the Biggest Loser."

As of tomorrow, Cosi will be back on the airwaves, joining the SAFM brekkie team.

"I live and breathe radio and being on SAFM brekkie is the job I always wanted," he said.

Meanwhile, there is a wedding to plan and a baby on the way

That is strange that they would print that he was evicted as you wouldn't think they'd be able to give the storyline away. I know everyone that was left went home the Thursday before Easter.
