Hi, I am new to this site and trying to get in shape and lose some weight.
I signed up on the free training diary site, generated a meal plan, checked of high cholesterol on my profile and the results included some things I was told to avoid because of high cholesterol ( prawns, nuts, red meat). Also I am a truck driver and many days I sit driving for extended periods of time-any suggestions as to how I can modify the meal plan for this along with a very irregular work scedule?
Any input would be appreciated.
