    Lavash Bread Wraps

Hi everyone, I've been really enjoying Lavash Bread wraps for lunch but I'm having trouble with the bread and the wrapping. I guess that doesn't leave much hehehe.

I find the bread has dried out alot and so when I go to wrap up the filling it just cracks up.  I've tried putting it in the microwave for a few seconds, in and out of some paper towel. But I'm not having any luck.

Has anyone else got any ideas??  Does anyone else have this problem or make wraps without this problem??

    Ta

    Jo,

I always have mountain bread, which is like a thin wrap....I have never had a problem with them before...

    Re: Lavash Bread Wraps

Jo, I have tried heaps..the 'fresh' packaged ones in the bread aisle at the supermarket ones always break for me...I have tried them all!

The only ones I have any success with are the El Paso Tortilla wraps in the aisle where the Taco's etc are. I nuke them for a few seconds..Delish!

I make mine usually with chicken, lots of red capsicum, cherry toms, cucumber, lettuce and lots of cracked pepper...and a smidgeon of Sweet chilli sauce!
