    TBL4 episode 2

So what did you all think of this episode?

It's funny, I'm already starting to imagine how they'll look at the end.

Moreso than in the past, these contestants seem to have much more baggy skin at the start of the comp which makes me really feel for them. It would be great if a company got behind the show and provided a reduced rate for removal. I'm sure it would be good marketing.

And I challenge anyone who thinks that it's the biggest loser style of training that makes them have excess skin to say that they won't if they lose it slowly. Just like Adro, Kimberlie, and others, they already have the excess skin and no amount of slow weight loss is going to tighten it all back up to 'normal'.

    Anyway, rant over.

Does anyone else find Jillian play on the reject card a little over the top? "You were rejected by them all, they didn't want you, etc". It was only the two captains that had any say in it. I guess it all makes for good TV.

I don't mind the idea of 3 teams so far though.

    hiya

    just watched the episode today.

i was so pleased to see jillian back with her renegade team. i can see the psychology behind her methods because i tell you, i really think the black team is far stronger as a team than red and blue.

looks like the injection to my foot has worked (so far!) so i'll be going back to my daily long walks (after 9 months arghhh!!), which is excellent. and i'm kind of glad i am watching the season of BL as i always find it a bit inspiring to follow the journeys of the contestants as i carry out mine.

anyhooo looking forward to next week's episode. btw i really think channel 10 should set up the aussie version in a similar format - a 2 hour once a week episode rather than the boring bs of repeating footage each and every night of the week, with barely any progess, so to speak. seeing the episodes captured in a once a week style makes it a lot better to follow, see the progress & transformation and so on. that's just my personal preference, but i do hope someone changes it for the next season.

    xx

    Agree, agree, agree.

Red team looks done for................. I like Black team. i loved how excited Bob was to see Jillian, and how she acted all cool calm and collected, then raced into a hug, and Kym was left twiddling her manicured thumbs...........

God, I AM grumpy today, aren't I? LOL!
