    Walking Program For The Really Unfit

     

    Start by walking for 10 minutes, 6 days per week, or 20 minutes, 3 days per week.
    Always start with a light stroll to warm up, and then increase it so that your heart rate is about 110-120 beats per minute for the duration of the session.
