okay so I did 1hr of cardio yesterday. 20 mins bike; 20 mins treadmill and 20 mins x-trainer .. better than nothing.
Feeling rather deflated - dont know if its the weather plus I think another contributing factor is that last week I didn't lose weight but I exercised heaps and I know I shouldn't weigh in everyday (but you know you cant resist). Still gonna soldier on and will try to avoid those steel monsters.
Anyway my gym is having Lisa Curry Kenny coming to give a motivational talk to us all - so hopefully that will be good. Im watching what I eat but hopefully I haven't hit a plateau at this early stage .... fingers x
