    the t-shirts are a good idea. I will try to think of something good for the slogan - it might take me a few days though...

    Perhaps if you really want to motivate people you should give them something that they really, really want desperately like, ummmmmm...................chocolate icecream!  Well, perhaps a t-shirt is a better idea after all.  Forget I said anything.

    The one request I have is that the T Shirt comes in large sizes, oh and blue is my fave colour.

    Yep was about Ck Allie, i remember some were chatting about it.
    cw 97.5kg - taken clothed at WW 9/12/08 sw: 124.6kg Weight lost so far: 27.1kgs

    It will be interesting to see some of the designs and slogans  that people will come up with and white is a great colour for everyone it will show off our great Tans after we have been sunbathing in our New Bikinis with our new Shapely Bodies  :)Angel [A]

    oh could there be the option to have the t-shirt in black??

    it would look wicked with some line-art in white or red.

    maybe the words "I did it!" on the front with the FOH health logo somewhere and then the BL on the back. LOL or something like "Team Ray" heheheh

    i don't think i'll get to 250 posts anyway, never mind!

    well.... i guess i am a bit of a social butterfly!

    and i really could do with a new shirt for gym... my other 3 shirts are from when i was 20 kilos heavier, and swim on me now!

    hehehe... ok that makes it 61 yeah?
