Do we have to take a photo in our bathers?????? This could be pretty ugly if it's me!!!! LOL

Hi Milliolli,

The intent of the photo is to validate that it's you at the beginning and at the end of the comp.

We just want to be able to do a sanity check (before the members do it for us) that all is in order.

So wear what you feel comfortable in. It would be good if you could wear the same thing at the start and end.

I think I'll be taking the ugly prize out!

Well this is for me, no more watching and wishing ....
It all starts on  Monday and I'm going to buy myself some new walking shoes and my goal will be to wear them out !!!

I know I must seem a little "dull" but let me just get the rules strait in my mind:

We don't have to wear our bathers in the photos (thank god) LOL

We do have to give weekly weigh ins & measurements

We do have 12 weeks

If  this is all correct I'M IN!!!!!!!!

This is such as great idea as it will help us all keep motivation by supporting each other and watching the contestents on tv as well. I really need the motivation so I am looking forward to this opportunity.

My short term exercise goal is to do some form of exercise every day, even if it is only a short walk.
My short term diet goal is to snack less and choose healthier foods when i do snack.
