I eating more now, between about 800 -1,200 cals a day. So Do i need to exersise 500 cals plus the amount ive eaten to loose weight?? and what amount of calories should i be eating and not going below?
Youv'e probably answered this question for a dozen people but my brain is mush so I need a personal answer to know Im getting it right.
