    I didn't start recording until 11/6, but I want to reach 1500 mins anyway!

    11/6   60 mins   =   60

    12/6   + 115 mins    = 175

    13/6   + 75 mins = 250

    14/6 + 110 mins = 360

    15/6   + 75 mins = 435 mins

    16/6   + 45 mins = 480 mins

    17/6   +   50 mins = 530 mins

    18/6   + 135 mins = 665 mins

    19/6 + 105 mins = 770 mins

    20/6    + 100 mins    =   870 mins

    21/6   + 20 mins   = 890 mins

    22/6   + 30 mins   = 920 mins

    23/6   + 80 mins =   1000 mins

    I have started a progress journal- Nat's Journal.  I'm sure you'll be able to find it in the forums section.

    I'm only a week in so far but have lost 2.3 kg- was a bit bad over the weekend so I was surprised to find out this morning how much I've lost.

    my tally foe june is less than impressive. with a week out to gastro, and now recovering, i've had only about 2&half good weeks of exercise - and then only really cardio - 17kstep walks... only a few gym sessions. tragic.

    i aim to make july much more productive! get back into my routine of 2-3 yoga, 3-4 gym sessions, and of course continue my cardio every day.

    I just updated my tally in my first post.I won't make the 1500min,but if I hadn't have gotten this rotten cold,I might have given it a bigger nudge.

    I'll definitely be up for the next one!

    Carried over 770min

    19 June: walk 40min = 810

    20 June: walk 90min = 900

    21 June: walk 90min = 990

    22 June: walk 90min = 1080

    23 June: walk 90min = 1170

    24 June: jog 25min = 1195

    25 June:  walk 90min = 1285

    26 June: bike 30min + walk 40min = 70 = 1355

    27 June: jog 25min = 1380

    28 June: in progress

    Final entries:

    carried over: 1380

    28 June: walk 2 x 45min + bike (hills) 24min + walk (hills) 24min + elliptical 12min = 150min = 1530

    29 June: walk 45min x 3 = 135min = 1665

    30 June: walk 45min = 1710

    Total cardio for June = 1710 minutes or 28.5 hours
