i don't believe you are under any pressure to post pics if you don't want to. we did months ago in our online BL challenge. there is a photo area if you want to ever post anything, tho.

I'm in, Ray. I've not been to the gym in about a month, maybe longer, and no longer have access at lunch times, as I am working in Springvale and not Dandenong anymore. But I can still do stuff around the house (I just haven't). So yep, I'm in.

Bags me in.  BTW Ray, thanks heap for the BL DVD.  I did it the other night.  MY GOD DID I SWEAT.  It probably didnt help that I was in my flano pj's already.  Half way thru I had to strip and put a singlet on cuz I was sweating so much.  I did the Boot camp and low intensity workout.  I certainly gets you going.  I like when they give you little reminders like hold the stomach in, cuz for some reason, I always forget that.

Phrumpee Phraysee has set an exceptional standard taking out our first comp, so I hope everyone's keen to knuckle down and have a good go at this one!

I've been discussing it with AK and Adro, and this one will be much more organised and a lot more support (ie, special online group meetings).

Keep an eye on this thread. It'll be starting soon!

Hey there Kaz,

I don't always get online, so sorry for the late reply. Elyse is doing great, and I'm getting there. Feeling a little more energetic, although I have stopped all going to the gym, as I am not working at Dandenong anymore, and won't be for a long time, it looks like. So I don't know how I'll go in this comp, but you have to be in it to win it, right?
