    What a scary time for you both!  Dr's are amazing and I'm glad they picked up on it and did something quicksmart.  All the best with the recovery, I'm sure in a month or so, he'll be into a routine and you can focus back on other issues.

    I've decided it's time to shift a few kilos again now Leigh's here and well again and settled into a routine. 

     My GP's given me a referral to a dietician and has run some blood tests.  She's doing a management plan for my diabetes.  Hopefully when I can get my weight down the diabetes will go away which would be fantastic.  My cholesterol reading was high so I have to fix that too.  My GP was telling me if you are referred to a dietician you can get 5 visits for free.

    I've dug out the weight watchers books from last time and I'm heading off to buy a lot of fresh stuff today so I can get into the cooking again.
