The Slow Crawl Back After New Year....

    Hi guys,

It's tough to show your face after New Year when you may not have held it together, and let's face it, very few people actually do.

So instead of coming here and just reading posts until you're back on track, why not contribute and help others that are in the same situation.

The sooner you start the sooner you'll reach your goals. So don't crawl back slowly, start posting and get your support happening now!

    Ray

    the suprise challenge?

well... the way I see it, our health is controlled by lots of little habits, both good and bad

its hard to change all the habits at once, but maybe it would be fun to change or at least control just one of them every week

so each week , we have a little challenge, maybe a diet challenge, a fitness challenge? or maybe a well-being challenge

some of them would be easy for you , some would be hard, depending on your vices..

what about that for a game?

Re: New Challenge for the New Year

    a fitness challenge?

theres a really good programme kicking around called  "couch to 5k"

www.c25k.com, the concept is its a 9 week programme to get you from whoa to 5k

its a running programme which may not be to everyones ability (5k is about 30mins), but Im sure Ray could do a 5k walking programme to get you over the line (about 1hr walking)
