Forrester's Beach Indoor Fitness Centre

FBI Swim and Gym on the Central Coast, has recently changed management.

They still have the Hydro-therapy pool and swimming lessons, but their 25m pool has been filled in and turned into a state-of-the-art fitness centre, with new Life Fitness treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers, and pin loaded equipment!

Learn To Swim

Forresters Beach Indoor's learn to swim school caters to babies and beginners, to school level competitors. We develop in our pupils an understanding of safety and fitness in a fun atmosphere. We educate our swimmers in correct swimming technique in all four strokes in conjunction with goal setting, discipline and sportsmanship!
