Easy Weight Loss

Easy weight loss.........well there are many ways to achieve easy and fast weight loss but it will not last and it will not be good for your health. Like all the good things in life, if it worth having its worth working for!

Now thats not to say it has to be hard because it doesn't.

Exercise

Train smart and you will hardly notice it. Start out slow and build up the intensity. Yes, it will take longer than going hard early on but in the long term you will get better results because you will get less injuries!

Why not try going for a short walk each day. It might not sound like much but I can assure you it all adds up. Take a friend with you. That way you can catch up on gossip as you go and the time will pass much faster. It will also make it harder for you to stop going if you have someone waiting for you. Really, what could be easier than going for a walk with your friend? It's easy, it's social, and it will help you lose weight!

Diet

Just like with exercise, eat smart and you'll hardly notice it. Try not to go 'cold turkey'. Just reduce the bad things. 

  • Only have alcohol on Friday nights
  • Only have chocolate on Sunday
  • Have 4 fat free days per week, and build from there 

The trick with the 'reducing method' is that you must exercise each day. Even a 20 minute walk will make a big difference to your health!

Don't make the same mistake most people do and reduce all the fat in their diet, and replace it with sugar! Sugar can be just as bad as fat when it comes to losing weight. The main culprits are usually breakfast cereals, snacks, and desserts, so keep an eye on them. Fruit juices can also be a problem because people get on their 'health kick' and start guzzling loads of juice. It too is full of sugar so have a little but replace most of it with water!
