Diabetes: Free Exercise and Meal Planner Membership

Diabetes can be easily handled with a few modifications in your lifestyle. Of course your diet is of primary concern. Be sure to check your blood sugar levels regularly. If you would like more information on low glycemic index foods, check out Jenni Brand-Miller's book : The New Glycemic Index Revolution. It will have everything you need to know in there.

As far as exercise goes, take Nike's advice and Just Do It!

Just taking a walk each day will improve your condition greatly. You don't have to jog, you don't have to sprint, you don't even have to go to the gym. You just have to walk. Anywhere, anytime you like so there can be no excuses!

Over time we will be adding more tips here, but until then we would like to offer all diabetics free membership to one of our other sites.

Training Diary provides personalized meal plans and exercise programs. It does not have the low GI meal plans up yet but we are in the process of that so it will be up soon.

The exercise section is up though and caters for all sorts of injuries, fitness levels, and illnesses. If you are interested go to www.trainingdiary.ws and send me an email with your full name. Don't worry we hate spam emails just as much as you do. In fact, I doubt you'll ever get any emails from us (other than the initial one explaining your log on!)

So go and check it out and keep your diabetes in check!
