    Step 1

    Place your hands approximately shoulder width apart on chair/bench.

     


     

    Step 2

    Slowly lower until stretch is felt in the chest.
    Push up to start position.

     

     

     

     


    Have the legs out straight, or place them on another chair to increase the difficulty.
