Ajay Rochester
As one of Australia's leading advocates for healthy lifestyle, Ajay Rochester has inspired many thousands of people to get fit and improve their lives.
Ajay returned in 2009 to host The Biggest Loser. Beyond hosting the show Ajay also set herself a weight loss goal of 13 kilograms – a goal which she achieved and proudly demonstrated at the series finale of the biggest loser.
Having lost over 60 kilos and eight dress sizes she has been a power of strength and inspiration for all people. She is a highly successful author and her published works include: Confessions of a Reformed Dieter, Blubberguts and The Lazy Girl's Guide to Losing Weight. In 2005, Ajay launched her online support site: Healthy Body Club, which continues to grow and prosper.
Ajay’s personal life experience, positive liveliness and self-discipline sees her as one of the true success stories of Australian media. To her credit, her success is built on a solid foundation of honesty and a determination to help others.

Michelle Bridges
Michelle Bridges is one of Australias most easily recognised media and fitness personalities. In the past she spent many years working for Les Mills Asia Pacific as a trainer of fitness instructors and as a Les Mills International Master Trainer. She has trained literally thousands of instructors all the world over.
After much persistence Michelle got her first break in media when, in 2002, she conceived, wrote and performed fitness segments for Mornings with Kerri Anne on TCN Nine.
In 2006 Michelle was offered the part of the red team trainer in Channel Ten's ratings smash hit The Biggest Loser. She is also a distinguished published author, with 'Crunch Time', published by Penguin, being her most notably title. Michelle is an ambassador for the RSPCA and the National Heart Foundation.
Michelle is known for her ability to get the best out of people through skilfull motivation.

Shannan Ponton
Shannan has over 15 years experience in the fitness industry. His expertise includes extensive experience and knowledge in exercise, fitness, nutrition, health, people management and the media. His experience includes developing innovative personal training, fitness, motivational and general life solutions to individuals, companies and teams. He has guided people at state, national and international level.
Shannan is renowned for “the unexpected”, frequently incorporating fresh approaches to achieve maximum results. His specialties include boxing, kickboxing, spin, swimming, martial arts, circuit and weight training. Shannan is also known for his ability to get more from people — pushing them harder than they could ever have conceived.
Shannan returned to The Biggest Loser in 2009 as fitness trainer and mentor for the Blue Team. The 2009 winner (Bob) came from Shannan’s team.
