Making Of The Biggest Loser!

Well I've finally got the footage together from the training I put Adro through in the lead up the the final weigh in for The Biggest Loser Australia!

Just to give you some background, most of the footage was from when I took him on a week long training camp out bush, and Tamworth, to 'freshen' him up. He'd been home a few weeks and really needed to maintain focus so I got him away from everything and we just got stuck into training!

It was an awesome time and it made a big difference to Adro's focus and motivation for the last few weeks.

I hope you enjoy my first attempt at video editing! (Sorry about the music but I had nothing else)
